Our Policies

eMagine Technology Systems is dedicated to providing you with the best services possible. To achieve this, we have a set of fundamental guidelines that our sales people, engineers, installers and service people follow with each installation.

All of our policies reflect our general belief: we treat every house and every job as if it were our own. We believe that each and every job is equally important.

While these ideals may all seem obvious, eMagine employees take great care in following these policies, ensuring that your experience with us is a pleasant one. After all, we hope you invite us into your home again if you ever need another custom installation!

Work Closely With the Builder

ConstructionWhen you are building a house there are a lot of pieces to consider and many stages of construction. It is our goal to fit smoothly into your schedule - and your builder's - so that we can help make the construction of your new home as pleasant as possible. We also are open to changes and helping with the decision-making process.

How this policy helps you:

  • It prevents you from having to adjust your construction schedule.
  • We'll work directly with the builder to avoid confusion.

Appearance Matters, From Start to Finish

From choosing the right products, to putting in the wires, to installing the equipment, our team is diligent in caring about the appearance of our work. We select equipment that looks good in your home. We place our wires in places that are safe and out-of-the-way, whether hidden in the walls or behind the equipment. Finally, we make sure the equipment is aligned and that the speakers and wall plates are level. We even make sure all the screw heads are turned the same way. These little touches help to separate us from retail outlets who simply make sure the equipment "works".

How this policy helps you:

  • It ensures that the finished job is worth showing off.
  • You won't have to have your builders repair walls where speakers have been installed out-of-alignment.
  • When we leave, the installation should look, and work, perfect.

Respect the Home Owner's Belongings

This is your home or workspace. We wouldn't want anyone misplacing, damaging, or taking anything, and we're sure you don't either. We work hard to make sure that as much of your home looks exactly as it did when we started work.

How this policy helps you:

  • You won't spend hours looking for something that was moved during an installation.
  • More importantly, we won't damage anything you own.

Never Use Shortcuts

Far too often, we have found other installation firms find ways to "speed up" a job or save a few dollars by using shortcuts. This includes splicing together several wires that should be a single wire, leaving wire hanging out where it may get nicked during drywall installation, or more serious problems such as not installing kick plates that protect your low voltage and vacuum tubing.

At eMagine, we make sure that all of our installations are done to strict industry standards. These standards are designed to make sure systems work well now, and are ready for the future. We design with future changes in mind to ensure that your home will serve you without any major changes for years to come.

How this policy helps you:

  • You didn't pay for a quick, cheap job, why should you get one?
  • A properly designed and installed system is ready for tomorrow, not just what's on the market today.
  • This policy ensures the finest sound, video, and value you can get.

Leave a Clean House, Workspace or Job Site

Similar to respecting your belongings, we also want to leave your home as clean or cleaner than we started. Drywall dust, wood shavings, wire scraps and other messes will be cleaned up before we leave you home or job site.

How this policy helps you:

  • We won't leave you with clean-up work after we're gone.
  • You will be able to sit down and enjoy your new equipment immediately
